Ben
Ben is an associate at McKinley Onua & Associates. He practices real estate and employment law. Ben graduated cum laude in political science, with a concentration in global and international affairs from SUNY Binghamton. He then attended Cardozo School of Law and graduated in June 2020. Ben gained invaluable experience in real estate practice when he interned for Judge Diccia Pineda-Kirwan, where he provided recommendations to the judge on deciding motions for foreclosure cases, including default judgments, summary judgment, and “possession of note” motions. Ben also interned for Judge Gerald Lebovits and worked on contract and property disputes.
NNENNA M. ONUA
Nnenna McKinley Onua was admitted to practice law in New York and New Jersey in March 2005. Throughout the years, Nnenna has acquired extensive experience in all facets of real estate, bankruptcy, and employment litigation. She has practiced in state and federal courts, before administrative agencies, mediators, and arbitrators. Nnenna has also served as trial and appellate counsel before various courts.
RENEE KENDALL
Renee Kendall is of counsel to McKinley Onua & Associates. She practices real estate and landlord tenant matters for the firm. Renee has a wealth of experience drafting corporate by laws, conducting due diligence for large mergers, investigating employee misconduct cases, and negotiating collective bargaining agreements for large companies, including Fox Television, Gucci America, Inc. and EdisonLearning, Inc.
